Collection & Return for Laptops & MacBooks
Can't get to our workshop? We offer a convenient collection and return service for laptops and MacBooks within 10 miles of Oxford.
Our collection service is ideal if you're unable to visit us or prefer the convenience of having your device collected from your home or workplace.
Service Fee
£19 Collection & Return
The £19 service includes:
- Collection from your home or workplace
- Transport to our workshop
- Initial diagnosis
- Return of your device
The £19 collection and return fee applies whether or not you choose to proceed with the repair.
Before We Collect
Please contact us by WhatsApp, text or email with:
- Your laptop or MacBook model
- A description of the problem
- Photos, if helpful
We'll discuss the issue, provide an initial repair estimate where possible, and arrange a convenient collection time.
Repairs by Appointment Only
You're also welcome to bring your laptop or MacBook to our workshop by appointment, with free parking available.
